Platform · CDP & Audiences
Till data in. Audiences out.
The identity and audience layer for independent retail: transactions, receipts and loyalty signals resolved into shopper profiles, then built into audiences that run on your screens and across the open web. Only aggregates ever reach the ad decision path.
One pseudonymous profile
Three signals from the same shopper resolve to one record. The record carries its lawful basis, and only counts drawn from it cross into the ad path.
Consumption intelligence
We don't just know what sold. We know who's running low.
Consumption intelligence is purchase data plus machine learning, building a living profile of how each shopper actually consumes: affinity scores by category and brand, shopper characterisation (a basket with Whiskas every fortnight is a pet owner — no survey needed), purchase frequency and replenishment timing per product. The output is a consumption profile you can target and price against.

Affinity scores
How strongly a profile indexes to a category, brand or pairing.
Shopper typing
Pet owner, young family, gym-goer, night-shift — derived from what's actually bought, repeatedly.
Replenishment windows
Purchase cycles per product, so campaigns land when the product runs out, not weeks after it was bought.
Audience builder & activation
Describe the audience. Activate it everywhere.
Build audiences in plain English — “anyone who bought an energy drink but not ours in the last month” — and see the segment size before you spend. Then activate the same audience on your in-store screens through the ad server, and across display, CTV, social and audio through The Trade Desk, DV360 and the major platforms.

The loyalty option
No loyalty programme? We deploy one.
Identity needs a source. Where an estate already runs loyalty or captures receipts, we integrate. Where it doesn't, we deploy a white-label programme — your brand, your app listing, rewards funded by brand campaigns — and every scan feeds the identity graph the audiences are built from. Shoppers opt in, see what they share, and are rewarded for it.
Privacy, enforced by architecture
Three privacy guarantees.
Aggregate-only to the ad path.
Nothing that describes an individual ever reaches the decision about what plays on a screen — the boundary only admits k-anonymous aggregates.
k-anonymity on every segment.
Minimum segment sizes before activation; no micro-targeting, no re-identification.
Consent travels with the data.
Lawful basis is tracked per signal, and opt-in, access and erasure are built into the core. GDPR-first.
Profiles
Pseudonymous shopper records: transactions, receipts, loyalty signals, consumption curves.

Ad decisioning
Decides what plays on a screen. It sees segment counts, never a shopper.
Get in touch
Put your till data to work.
The audiences are only worth building if something activates them. On your screens that's the ad server — the same platform and the same evidence standard, with no integration to write.
